common room was a exhibition UBC MFA work curated by the UBC MA curatorial candidates. similar to the sonny assu broadsheetsonny assu broadsheet, this piece features a poster-sized image on one side and essays on the other. in this particular broadsheet, there were four essays inter-spliced within each other.
the graphic is a combination of the floor plans of the belkin satellite gallery where the exhibition was held, and the "common room" where the MAs and MFAs held critiques.
